| Thank you letter from Dr. Innes Mitchell to Vivian for educating the students.
Dear Vivian:
I’m writing to say many thanks again for bring Mytiea and speaking with my class. Everyone was most impressed by your mission, and students really enjoyed the opportunity to pet Mytiea. In the response papers I asked the students to write, they expressed the profound impact you had on their attitudes towards the preservation of endangered species. One wrote, “Vivian’s presentation and the chance to pet the wolf have changed my belief completely. Before I would have thought that the wolf would snap at me, or we would have had to be careful. When that was not the case, it changed every belief I’ve ever had about “the wolf”. Again, I really appreciate your willingness to come to St. Edward’s on such short notice, and I look forward to the opportunity of a return visit. |
