Lockhart Intermediate Students get up close and personal with Chiwauka
A part of the wild invaded Lockhart Intermediate School recently when Chiwauka, a beautiful copper-colored timber wolf, starred in an assembly before an audience of fifth-a and sixth-grade students. Appearing with Chiwauka was Vivian Chisholm of Dale, Texas who explained how she got into raising wolves. School counselor Jan Philips said she was most impressed with Chiwauka’s gold eyes and her copper color.” |
